‘Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him.
Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken.
My salvation and my honour depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge.
Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.’
When King David was writing Psalm 62 he was facing some serious challenges, but still he
could sing this psalm.
So, whatever the week ahead holds for us remember……
“We are building our lives on the promises of God. Because his Word is unbreakable, our
hope is unshakable. We do not stand on the problems of life or the pain in life. We stand on
the great and precious promises of God.”
