Neville or Nev for short will get my attention most of the time as long as I’m not concentrating on something important on TV like bike racing or The Repair Shop! Apparently my full name can be a challenge for some adults as well as children; Nigel, Naval, and Nibble are some of the alternatives I’ve responded to over the years…Nev is absolutely fine though!
I am one of the founding members of Redeemer King and have been a Trustee from the start (2014). I’ve been involved in lots of ways over the years and am currently serving on the Leadership Team as Treasurer.
I came to faith in Christ in the 1970s and met my wife Jackie in 1980, just before we both started studying in Manchester. We have three grown-up sons, two daughters-in-law and three grandchildren (with number four on the way).
Away from church I work for AECOM as a Safety Consultant, play in a brass band, enjoy both cycling and motorbiking, and am a volunteer rider with Derbyshire Blood Bikes.
